This small Adirondack "Gem" is an excellent location to relax in your canoe or kayak, (no motorboats allowed) or to "cast a line" and put your angling skills to the test, as tooley Pond is also an Superb destination for trout and bass.
There is an attractive outlet on the south side which can be accessed for some additional scenic treasures and is also a marvelous spot for birding and wildlife viewing. Also, with Tooley Pond being a "well-sheltered" little pond, you have very little chance of large swells or heavy winds. Visit this wonderful little "hide-a-way" in the fall, and the Autumn colors of the local hardwoods that surround it, will leave you mezmerized.
To access Tooley Pond:
From the intersection of River Road and Tooley Pond Road in the hamlet of Windfall, follow Tooley Pond Road north for just over 3-miles toboat launch parking on the left. The launch is less than 50-feet in length.
